Equipment

  • Food Processor or blender

Ingredients

  • 310 g (11 oz) Pitted Black Olives
  • Handful of Fresh Parsley Can use ground parsley
  • 100 ml (4 oz) Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into your food processor (or blender).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon out into a small container or jar and serve. Or pop it into your fridge until ready to eat.
