While also referred to as ‘Golden Milk’, this immune boosting drink is excellent for those chilly days or winter months.

Turmeric is known to have several health benefits which include boosting the immune system as well as reducing inflammation in the body. And alongside the other spices, this latte definitely packs a punch.

Any kind of milk can be used and as with all my recipes, I use dairy free milk. This drink is great for those on a vegan diet – no egg or dairy. And it’s naturally gluten-free.

I should also mention that it’s not technically a latte since it doesn’t contain any coffee whatsoever. Turmeric is the main ingredient here which is where it gets its name.

I normally sweeten mine with date syrup but you can also use honey or maple syrup.
